With the summer weather finally starting to feel like summer weather, we pinch ourselves and realise that there are only two weeks left in 2011 and even less shopping days until Christmas.We will reflect on 2011 as
a testing year in local Aireys Inlet real estate, but it does present loads of opportunities for the discerning house and land buyer. As we head in to the peak summer property selling season, we are delighted that the Reserve Bank has again decided to cut rates and even more delighted that most of the banks are looking to pass the cut onto its customers.
Historically low rates and relatively high stock levels create the ideal buying environment. Over the next six weeks there will be more Aireys Inlet real estate properties on the market than we have seen for some time.
As well as marketed stock, we have a number of ‘off-market’ listings available as well. If you are thinking about dipping your toe into the water, now is a great time. No doubt we will look back on late 2011 early 2012 as a great time

The calendar would suggest that Summer is officially here at Aireys Inlet, however it is clear someone is yet to tell the sun! I am sure those lovely, long warm summer days at the beach, afternoon BBQ’s and nights socialising are sure to kick off very shortly with the Christmas festivities just around the corner.
