Aireys Inlet, a buyers favourite

Figures released recently show that Aireys Inlet was the only non-metropolitan area in Victoria to figure in the top 10 for growth in house prices over the past 12 months.

During the period from March 2009 to March 2010, house prices in Aireys Inlet rose a massive 41.1%, with the median price now standing at $690,000.

Nine out of ten of Victoria’s top 10 growth suburbs were located within 10 kilometres of the Melbourne CBD.

See you on our favourite coastal spot, Aireys Inlet.
