Anglesea River under threat

Anglesea residents have taken their concerns about the town’s river to the next level.

A petition containing more than 860 signatures was presented to the local member calling for action on the waterway’s ‘poor’ health.

The petition was handed over just days prior to the Surf Coast Shire declaring the river safe for recreational activity.
