Comprehensive coastal mapping over the next four years will help local councils better plan for the impacts of climate change and sea surges, according to Planning Minister Matthew Guy.

This week’s state budget contains $5.4million next financial year and earmarks a further $4.3million over the following three years to
that councils, planners and developers want an end to the political haggling surrounding planning decisions.” Guy said
