Is the worst behind us?  Whilst sales activity is still subdued, there has been a noticeable increase in sales and sales enquiry in the $500,000 to $650,000 range.

A handful of sales this past week in the $500,000’s range and some strong enquiry as well,
perhaps there is some cautious optimism returning to our marketplace.  This price range is almost our ‘buy-in’ price for a house in our area and is likely to be a conservative entry point for many buyers with the thought to perhaps improve or upgrade later when the economic climate is brighter.
