Welcome to Aireys Inlet.

January started slowly but as always, sales activity looks likely to be stronger in the second half of the month than the first.

Interestingly, many of the sales occurring are those properties where the vendors have adjusted their pricing (and expectations) to meet the market. Most of our recent transactions have occurred whereby the eventual sale price was between 10% to 20% below the original asking price.

There are also quite a few new listings hitting the market including some houses and also a vacant block on the beach side of the Great Ocean Road in Aireys.
