Our Backyard – Aireys Inlet

We have had  some of the best swell seen in the area for some time earlier this week with it culminating in a perfect day for surf on Wednesday with all the numerous point breaks firing along the Great Ocean Road. The weekend forecast unfortunately doesn’t look quite as good.

The fire danger period has officially begun across much of the Surf Coast region.

As of Monday the CFA’s restrictions regarding burning off, lighting fires and using certain kinds of equipment are now in place.
