Our Backyard – Aireys Inlet

For those of you who are early risers, late to bed or have an interest in astronomy, look out for a total lunar eclipse Saturday morning around 5.30am.

This is more commonly known as a Blood Moon due to the reddish tinge the full moon takes on when fully eclipsed.

Whilst this might sound a little early in the morning for many of you, I am sure lots of surfers along the coast have been getting up early over the past couple of weeks as consistently strong ocean swells have pounded the area, combined with favourable winds leading to many good sessions.

If you are a property owner in the Great Ocean Road region and have been thinking about selling in the upcoming spring/summer period, perhaps also consider bringing your plans forward if it suits you.

Buyer enquiry remains strong, and the lack of property for sale provides ideal conditions for those interested in selling, despite the weather.

It is typical that there will be more properties listed in the warmer months and remember, it is better to sell in isolation than in competition.
