Our Backyard – Aireys Inlet

School holidays have started for many and we expect to see more numbers on the coast as people return from their winter hibernation.

The renovations at our office are in full swing and we expect to be back in our old digs from next weekend, albeit perhaps not on all cylinders until the weekend after.  Feel free to pop in and say hello where we are currently operating from, which is next door at 32 Great Ocean Road, the old home of Sea Echo Landscapes.

34A Berthon Street was contracted this week after around 6 weeks on the market.  I was looking into all the sales of houses on the beachside of the Great Ocean Road in Aireys Inlet for 2018 under $1,000,000, and it’s interesting to note that the average time to sell was only 28 days, which is very short by our standards given that the majority of our sales are discretionary spending.

It only underlines the demand for houses in Aireys Inlet at present under $1,000,000.
