Further confirmation came this week relating to the strength of the local market for houses under $1m, with the contracting of both 57 Pearse Road and 9 Kurrajong Avenue. So, the footy is over for another year and I got my not so secret wish.  Collingwood losing in a close one.  It was a fantastic game and a great advertisement for the greatest game in the world.
