Further confirmation came this week relating to the strength of the local market for houses under $1m, with the contracting of both 57 Pearse Road and 9 Kurrajong Avenue. With list prices of $845,000 and $850,000 respectively, both were marked ‘under contract’ today, both to Melbourne families. Whilst this is great news for the buyers and sellers, it again sends the levels of houses for sale in this price range to record lows.
If you are a property owner in the area and you have been thinking of selling perhaps following the summer season, it might be worth bringing your plans forward whilst there are so few other properties for sale.
