Our backyard – Aireys Inlet

An article on www.domain.com.au earlier this week reported on what agents along the Great Ocean Road have been seeing for some time. The article claimed that ‘properties along the coastline hugged by the Great Ocean Road are going through a boom season in no small part to the COVID-19 crisis. The pandemic has hyper-charged the sea-change dreams of many city dwellers by making working from home a tantalising possibility and agents phones are ringing off the hook’, the article claimed.

I made reference to this in my blog of July 31 but the only thing preventing us having a boom time in our area is the lack of properties on offer for sale.

The sale of 57 Aireys Street ticked over this week. This property was the only house for sale between Aireys Inlet and Eastern View that was priced under $1m. This also happens to be the most sought after price range based on enquiries that we receive.

If you have a coastal property that you are not using as much as you would like and if you have any interest in finding out its likely value, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask us for an appraisal.
