Our Backyard – Aireys Inlet

The ocean was alive on Monday afternoon with plenty on offer for those with a suitable vantage point. Dozens of birds (apparently gannets) were flying around and diving headlong into the water feeding on fish. There were also some whales hanging around in the same area as the gannets off Moggs Creek. Elevation and binoculars were a must to truly appreciate this amazing display of nature.

Everyone is on the edge of their seats to see what our Premier will announce on the weekend regarding an easing of restrictions. Buying enquiry is strong with very limited numbers of houses and land available and I would urge anyone thinking of selling this spring/summer to reach out and get in touch with us. Ideally now is the time to be preparing your property for presentation to be ready for when the floodgates open and everyone can easily get back down here.

The famous Pole House was big news in the Herald Sun this week. It took out fifth place for Victoria’s Top Home. Importantly it was the highest in the state in the regional category. The Pole House is the showpiece of our Great Ocean Road Holidays brand and is available for nightly stays all year round. It is heavily booked, I might add, but there are a few days available in the next few months. Check out The Pole House and find out why a stay at this property is on so many bucket lists.
